Finally feeling some relief in the midst of alot going on.

Definitely finding that situations are much easier to deal with when you stop responding emotionally and when you alleviate yourself of anxiety. This is something I am working on right now, as it was brought to my attention that I waste quite a bit of energy by expecting the worst when the unknown presents itself. After a long, hard introspective look I was able to target this cause of anxiety, and immediately felt a little better being able to eliminate a habit that was detrimental to my success, progress, and overall well-being.

That pretty much sums it up, it this point its all about "doing your best, and forget the rest."
